Her Story

Grounded, prepared, in your corner

Before real estate, I served in the United States Army. That chapter shaped everything about how I work today — the discipline to prepare before the moment arrives, the structure to keep a complicated transaction on schedule, and the mission-first mindset that keeps my client's objective, not my commission, at the center of every decision.

I'm also the founder and CEO of Birthday Village, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Building it taught me that leadership is really just consistent service — showing up for people who are counting on you, especially when it's inconvenient. That's the same energy I bring to a closing table.

For two years before I ever held a license, I hosted short-term rentals. I learned what a roof really costs, how a bad floor plan drains bookings, what maintenance sneaks up on an owner, and how quickly a property's numbers can turn. When I talk with you about a home or an investment, I'm speaking from lived ownership experience, not from a textbook.

Professionalism and follow-through are my hallmarks. Calls get returned. Deadlines get tracked. If I say I'll have something to you by Thursday, it's in your inbox Thursday. That reliability is not a bonus — it's the baseline.

I also believe in straight talk. I won't tell you what you want to hear to keep a deal alive. If a home is overpriced, if a repair list is a red flag, if your timeline needs adjusting — you'll hear it from me plainly and early, while you still have room to choose differently.

And when it's time to fight for you, I fight. Integrity and fierce advocacy aren't opposites; they're how I protect your money, your timeline, and your peace of mind at every stage of a deal.
